This page explains what we do with the details you send us. Short version: we use them to reply to you, we do not sell them, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

Who we are

This website is run by ByteHarvest Services, which trades as SEO Champ, 95, 3rd Floor, Rudra Chamber, 4th Main Road, 11th Cross Rd, Malleshwaram, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560003, India. You can reach us at seochampblr@gmail.com or +91 91484 36598.

What we collect

What you send us. When you fill in the enquiry form we collect your name, phone or WhatsApp number and company name. Your email, website, city, the service you picked and your message are optional. We also record which page you sent it from.

What the website records. Like any website, our server logs basic technical things — your IP address, your browser, and the pages you looked at.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, to see how the site gets used overall — which pages people visit, how they found us, and which links get clicked, including our phone number and email. It comes to us as numbers, not as a record of any one person. Google sets cookies to do this and handles that data under its own privacy policy.

Google Maps. Our contact page embeds a map. Google may set cookies through it, which we do not control.

What we use it for

• Replying to your enquiry
• Talking to you about the services you asked about
• Keeping a record of enquiries for our own admin
• Understanding how people use the site so we can improve it

That is all. We do not put you on a mailing list because you sent an enquiry, and we do not use your details for anything unrelated.

What we do not do

We do not sell your details. We do not pass them to anyone else for their marketing. We do not share your business information with your competitors.

Who else sees it

Your enquiry comes to our own email and is seen by our team. The ordinary services that keep the site running — hosting, email, analytics — handle some of this on our behalf and only for that purpose.

How long we keep it

If an enquiry does not turn into work, we delete it after two years. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as we work together and for the period afterwards that tax rules require.

What you can ask us to do

Just email seochampblr@gmail.com and ask to:

• See what details we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong or out of date
• Delete your details
• Stop using them — you can change your mind at any time, and you do not have to give a reason

We will sort it within 30 days, and there is no charge. If someone needs to do this on your behalf, that is fine too — just tell us.

Cookies

We do not set advertising cookies of our own. Google Analytics sets cookies to tell repeat visits apart, and the embedded map may set its own. You can block or delete cookies in your browser and the site will still work fine.

Keeping it safe

The site runs over HTTPS, so what you send is encrypted on the way to us. No system is perfect, but we take sensible precautions.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not aimed at anyone under 18. If you think a child has sent us their details, tell us and we will delete them.

If you are not happy

Email seochampblr@gmail.com or call +91 91484 36598 and ask for whoever handles data at ByteHarvest Services. We will come back to you within a week and try to sort it within 30 days.

If we still have not put it right, you can raise it with the Data Protection Board of India. Please come to us first though — we would rather fix it ourselves.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
