Every link, every change, every month. If an agency will not show you the links it builds, ask yourself why. It is almost always because you would not want your brand near them.

No private blog networks, no bought links, no scraped or spun content, no fake reviews. It is slower and it costs more. It also does not collapse the next time Google updates.
Report on what pays
Enquiries and cost per enquiry first. Rankings and impressions further down. A page-one ranking that produces no phone calls is a failure, however good it looks in a report.
Say when it will not work
Sometimes the honest answer is that your budget cannot support your sector’s cost per click, or that your real problem is conversion rather than traffic. We would rather lose the sale than take money for work that will not deliver.
Your accounts stay yours
We work inside your Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Search Console and Google Business Profile. Never ours. If we part ways you keep everything, including the history.
